Advance Reviews of the Book

With thanks to our proofreaders.

“I really want the finished product. And I am not blowing smoke up your butt—excuse the frankness. I simply see the genuine need for a book like this.

End-of-life care is such an important topic—not just the final moments, but everything that leads up to them. That is exactly what you are so skillfully addressing. You are helping people navigate one of the most difficult and emotional journeys they will ever face with their beloved pets.

I cannot say this enough: THIS BOOK IS NEEDED.

As I read each chapter, I keep thinking about all the pet owners who will benefit from your knowledge, compassion, and practical guidance. I only wish I had something like this when I was going through the end-of-life process with Peanut.”

I just wanted to tell you that your book (although unpublished) has already been a great help to an ageing kitty.

My friend has a 10 year-old cat that began losing some weight and vomiting frequently back in March. Her condition was written off as a hairball issue, but your large red boxes stating "Vomiting in cats is NEVER normal" really stuck in my mind. I encouraged them to go to the vet just in case, and it turns out that she has has IBD. The vet completely changed her diet, and she seems to be responding well (less vomiting, gradual weight gain)!
